Clients in Hong Kong at the end of October can eat and drink along the harbour. The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) brings back its Wine & Dine Festival from Thursday 29 October to Sunday 1 November at the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park.

What’s on

  • More than 300 booths, HKTB says.
  • Grand Wine Pavilion: more than 20 premium wine merchants, plus more than 20 masterclasses and tastings led by master sommeliers.
  • Bordeaux focus, following HKTB’s memorandum of understanding with the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB).
  • New pavilions: Australia and South Korea, according to the festival site; HKTB’s Canadian office also lists Canada.
  • Tasting Room chefs include Thierry Marx, Edward Lee, Chen Zhi Ping of Meet the Bund in Shanghai, and Justin Yang Yan Bin of QUAN in Hong Kong.
