Unforgettable Gives Asia Its Own Brand

Unforgettable Travel Company has launched Unforgettable Asia, an agent-focused luxury specialist with 50 itineraries across 11 destinations from £3,430pp. UK fam trips are next.

Asia is now big enough at Unforgettable Travel Company to have its own front door. The luxury tailor-made operator launched Unforgettable Asia on 7 October, a dedicated specialist brand built to make multi-country Asia trips easier for agents to sell. It follows the company’s earlier Unforgettable Croatia and Unforgettable Greece.

The figures behind it are the reason UK agents should pay attention. The company says Asia enquiries rose 226% between 2022 and 2025, and that agents now make up 54% of its Asia bookings across its global business.

The product

According to the company:

  • 50 itineraries across 11 destinations at launch: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia, Borneo and Indonesia. More are planned for later this year and the first quarter of next.
  • Private chauffeur transfers, luxury hotels, expert guides, multi-country logistics, complimentary concierge support and 24/7 in-destination assistance.
  • Slower-paced, high-touch itineraries, with access pieces such as a private blessing at Hasedera Temple in Kamakura, after-hours entry to a private Peranakan home museum in Singapore, and time with one of Taiwan’s few female tea merchants.
  • Target clients: multigenerational families, families with teenagers and honeymooners.

Launch prices

Per person, according to the company:

  • 12-night South Korea and Japan Wellness Journey (Seoul, Kagoshima, Okinawa): from £9,070
  • 14-night Mekong Kingdoms, Laos to Angkor, including five nights on board Bohème: from £7,836
  • 12-night Luxury Indonesian Honeymoon (Singapore, Ubud, Sumba): from £6,479
  • 10-night Family Trail: Japan for Little Explorers (Tokyo, Nagano, Kyoto): from £5,108
  • 9-night South Korea Family Trail (Seoul, Busan): from £4,772
  • 10-night Taste of Malaysia and Thailand (Penang, Bangkok, Chiang Mai): from £3,430

The UK angle

Speaking at a launch lunch in London, co-founder Graham Carter said UK trade sales lag the global figure, calling the UK “definitely an area we want to expand,” Travel Gossip reports. Fam trips for UK agents are planned over the next six months.

“Asia is an incredibly rewarding region, yet it can feel complex to sell,” Carter said. “These figures have given us confidence to invest, and to give Asia a dedicated specialist brand.”

Agents get white-label destination and restaurant guides, monthly updates, selling tips and a dedicated partnerships team. Booking enquiries go to Luke Stapylton-Smith, Head of Asia.

For agents

  • Who to pitch: Japan repeaters ready for Korea or Taiwan; honeymooners wanting Indonesia beyond Bali; families who need the logistics handled.
  • Sell the combination. Two- and three-country trips are where a specialist earns its place over self-booking.
  • When: Japan cherry blossom and autumn colour sell out early. Quote spring and autumn 2027 now.
  • Watch for the fam programme and new destinations in the next roll-out.
