Delta Adds Daily Boston–Reykjavík for 2027

New England clients get another nonstop to Iceland next year. Delta Air Lines will fly Boston to Reykjavík (KEF) daily from Monday 12 April 2027 through 30 October 2027, according to the airline.

The route uses a Boeing 757-200 with three cabins: Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort and Delta Main. There is no Delta One cabin, so clients who want a lie-flat seat will need another routing. Delta has not published flight times yet.

Delta says Reykjavík will be its 14th long-haul destination from Boston in peak summer. The airline first flew nonstop to Reykjavík from New York-JFK in June 2011.

What else Delta is adding from Boston

Delta announced the Reykjavík route by updating a September release on its 2027 Boston schedule. That release also includes:

  • Boston–Venice: four times weekly, 7 May to 29 October 2027, on an Airbus A330-300 with Delta One.
  • Boston–Milan: daily in 2027.
  • Boston–Barcelona: returns earlier in spring 2027.

Elsewhere in the same release, Delta lists Detroit–Athens three times weekly from 8 June 2027 and daily Austin–Paris from 27 March 2027.

“Customers continue to seek more flexibility, convenience and choice when traveling to Europe,” said Jeff Arinder, Delta’s vice-president of international network planning. Delta also quotes Massport, which runs Boston Logan, in the release.
