Delano London
Delano's first London hotel, on the edge of Hyde Park in South Kensington, has 67 keys, more than half of them suites, plus Rose Bar and Lana Lusa.
Delano, the Miami Beach name, opens in London at 60 Hyde Park Gate, South Kensington, overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The publicist says it is bookable now, opens in preview from December 2026 and launches officially in early 2027.
The building and design
Archer Humphryes Architects designed the hotel, which runs across seven floors. Cramer & Bell curated the art.
Rooms
There are 67 keys, more than half of them suites, including 14 with direct park views.
Eat and drink
Paris Society brings a London outpost of Lana Lusa, a Portuguese-rooted restaurant, and the hotel opens a Rose Bar, the bar that made Delano’s name in Miami. There’s also The Source wellness space, Nothing Finer retail and a membership programme, Delano Beyond.
For advisors
Delano is an Ennismore brand, part of Accor. The preview period is a good moment to request upgrades into the park-view suites. Kensington’s museums, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park are all on foot. No rates were given.
